I did it!!!! these are a few photos taken last week in California..can't get them to go exactly where I want though lol.

Ok......so while there is not a clickable link, photobucket does have thumbnails - the miniature as used on the album pages.
To make use of them you will need tabs open for both Photobucket and the forum as you need to switch back and forth a couple of times for each picture.

From Photobucket select and copy the Direct Link to the picture from the options provided.
Go to the Reply box of the forum, right-click and select - Paste.
In photobucket, right-click on the image miniature and from the dropdown menu select - Copy Image Location.
Back to the forum reply box and paste this link.
Add the BB code so that the format of the post looks something like this -

[url= http://direct_link_to_picture ] [ img] http://thumbnail_link_to_picture [/img] [/url]

(Though without the bold and spacing.)
I sometimes find it easier to make a draft of the post in Notepad if I have more than one or two pictures to post like this.
